October 19, 2018, Laguna, Philippines — Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI), one of the leading global manufacturing experts, and the 5th largest automotive EMS in the world, won the Top Employer of the Year in the Asia CEO Awards 2018 held last night at the Marriott Hotel Manila.

The recognition is given to a Philippines-based organization that achieved important employer success while overseeing a business enterprise either within Philippines or outside of the country while demonstrating Filipino (or mixed Filipino/expatriate) management talent and  recognized as internationally significant.

This year’s event attracted a big number of nomination bids (300+ submissions) and recognized those who stood out for the great work in their organizations, the real strength of the Philippine economy.

The Asia CEO Awards is the biggest annual business awards event in the region, identifying and recognizing leadership excellence by international-focused individuals and organizations. The event organizers represent a huge network of local and international business people from various industries that promote the Philippines on the world stage.
